WHAT TO EXPECT IN A TREATMENT

A Reiki treatment with me is a deep and very relaxing experience. After a simple consultation, you will rest fully clothed on a massage table and listen to relaxing music. I will then gently place my hands on or just above the body, allowing you to experience the comforting heat coming from the Reiki energy. Reiki is a very supportive energy and no harm or damage can come from a treatment. It boosts your body’s natural healing capacity and the effects can be tremendous. Most recipients enter a deeply relaxed state of peace. Besides this, people have felt cold, pulsating heat, or a tingling sensation during a session.

Distance healings are conducted in a similar manner to that (conducted in person/ my room) mentioned above. These healings are for those who are unable to attend a healing in person. The only difference is that you will receive the healing in the comfort of your own home. A suitable time for the healing to occur is agreed upon. When the healing is over I will contact you by phone or email.
