ABOUT SHAMANISM
Shamanic healing is the oldest spiritual healing tradition in the world; a spiritual practice found in cultures around the world from ancient times up to the present day.
It played a significant social role in bridging the real and spirit worlds, and offers individuals the opportunity to explore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.
Shamanic healing seeks to quickly find the root of a problem to release and remove negative and toxic energies. This brings about the healing you need to live a life that you want.
Everything in the Universe is alive and has a spirit (or soul) and energy.
Shamanism is a spiritual practice that has moved with the winds of change, and the ability to heal the human soul remains as beneficial today as it has from its earliest ancient days.
WHAT IS A SHAMAN?
First and foremost a Shaman is a healer, but can also work in the community as a mystic, artist, priest and poet. A Shaman acts as a ‘channel’ between the visible and invisible world of Spirit.
As a healer, the Shaman is able to enter into an altered state to journey into the realms with spirit helpers to gain access to knowledge, information and symbols to assist in a wide range of everyday issues and life concerns. This, in turn, allows the Shaman to facilitate healing.
